Towards providing the basic infrastructure, the Department has acquired and established a number of Industrial Estates in 5 (five) of the Districts, except
- Ri- Bhoi and
The Industrial Areas are provided with the basic requirement like
Factory shed, roads, water, power, etc. and a nominal rent @ Rs.300/- per shed per month is charged with lease period of 15 years.
